Will this app change parenting forever?

Typical day as a parent.
Liam wants to play with Noah. Ok, lets send a text to Noah’s mom.

Mom1 “Can Noah come over to play?”
     5 min later
Mom2 “sure! but he has soccer practice for another 20 min… does that work?”
     5 min later
Mom1 “that’s great, our house?”
     5 min later
Mom2 “Noah just got a new toy. Can Liam come over here?”
     5 min later
Mom1 “Sure thing, I’ll send him over”
     5 min later
Mom1 “Did Liam make it over?”
     5 min later
Mom2 “Yes! all safe!”

This exchange happens daily. It doesn’t take up a lot of your time but it’s a lot of effort for something that should be very simple. It’s a constant little distraction throughout your day.

The Wolf Pack App aims to change that.

Created by a Sara Jones, a Salt Lake City Mother of 2, the app is the realization of a dream of simplifying the playdate scheduling process.

Here’s how it works:

Log in to Wolf Pack, add your kids (name only, no personal data) and add the parents (easily added from your contacts list) of the kids your children interact with. Once that is finished, you’re ready to create a playdate in the app!

A playdate includes time, date, place, and which kids are involved. Automatically send that playdate to the other parents involved and they will have the opportunity to confirm, decline, or change a detail of the playdate. Easy notifications and messaging are built in so that everything is contained in one easy to manage location.

One of the coolest bonus features comes after a playdate is set.

Have you ever been nervous about your child making it to their friends house safely?Wolf Pack includes easy confirmation that your child made it to their destination. Once the child gets to their destination, the parent hosting the playdate can simply open the app and click on each of the children that have arrived. Automatic notifications are then sent to the parents of those children.

The app is very simple, beautiful, and easy to use.
